Happy Monday!! We have a short week this week so make sure you get in store or ring to book your jobs ASAP.

We’re a bit late on this and he has just slotted into the team as though he has always been here!!
But please meet Ethan Crawshaw.

At just 24, Ethan’s living proof of what’s possible at a young age. Starting his apprenticeship at 16, he’s worked his way through the ranks quickly and was leading multi-million dollar industrial projects in his previous role – not something you see very often.

Since joining Sinclair Electrical & Refrigeration in July last year, Ethan has hit the ground running and quickly stepped up into the role of Ōpunake Area Manager, while also becoming a major force in our solar business.

He leads from the front, sets remarkable pace on-site, and backs his team - and at 6’6”, seeing the big fella in full-flight is an absolute sight to behold.
