Day 8: 6pm. I spent an hour or so weatherizing the site as it's raining this weekend! I got 40 of the 50 blocks up, with the final few needing some help from the builders. Shout out to my brother Tyler Priest who helped with the first 16 or so wall blocks!

I’m finding working in my own putting the walls up pretty relaxing. Going to have a couple of friends come down later in the week to help out which will be chill (so let me know if anyone else wants to pop by and find out about the system!). Hoping by the end of tomorrow we’ll have the whole first floor of one house done ✅

Wow this week has really been throwing some problems at us! We’ve now got the portals all sorted, the floor is down and we’ve started to get the walls up.

I’ll be doing the rest of the ground floor walls by my self next week if anyone wants to pop by and see how it all works id love to show you!

Day 3 progress update! Floors almost done, about to start on the 2000 screws 🫠

Even though things didn’t go 100% to plan today, we made good progress and things are coming together now. So so close to having the floors done and I’m excited to have that box ticked off.

Hoping to get cracking on walls tomorrow and start to see this houses going up! Stay tuned for tomorrow’s update on how it all goes.

Next week I’ll be assembling a bunch more blocks, anyone in Tauranga fancy coming and helping me assemble some 50kg puzzles next week?
