New roof is popping.

A big thanks to the Taranaki Diocesan staff and students for having us while we put on a new roof and membrane roof. We hope you enjoy the benefits!

A roof’s a roof, right? Well, not quite.

There’s more to choosing a roof than picking the colour you like best. The right option can depend on your home, its design, your budget, and where you live.

With over 30 years in the game, we can help you work through the options and find the right fit. 👇

Meet Lisa 👋

Officially, Lisa is our Office Manager. Unofficially, she’s the person who keeps everything and everyone at Millwards, pointing in the right direction.

Her days are a mix of quotes, accounts, purchase orders, scheduling jobs, answering phones, sorting health & safety, booking training and making sure everything ends up in the right place. In other words, quite a lot. Thankfully, there’s coffee. ☕️

When she’s not keeping Millwards running smoothly, Lisa swaps job schedules for sports schedules, spending plenty of time on the sidelines watching her kids play netball and football. She’s also partial to a good concert or gig and catching up with family and friends.

And before all that? Lisa spent 10 years living in London, which probably explains why managing a bunch of roofers doesn’t faze her.

Phew. We reckon she’s earned another coffee.

We’re known for putting a good lid on things, but we’re pretty handy with the walls too.

This Taranaki commercial building got a bit of Millwards treatment with a new Colorsteel longrun reclad.

It gave the place a new lease on life, and turned out pretty tidy, if we do say so ourselves.

Not every asbestos roof needs an expensive goodbye.

In many cases, a CF Shake tile system can be installed over the top, giving your home a fresh new look without the hassle and cost of a full asbestos roof removal.

What we're trying to say is, we've got options. Give us a call to discuss yours.
