As always it was a pleasure taking on and completing your build 🏠

We would like to thank Rob and his Team for completing our home renovation. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and high quality workmanship throughout the reno. Nothing was ever too much trouble and as we were away for some of the project communication was key, he dealt with any issues that arose quickly and easily either through video calls or messaging via WhatsApp.

It took a bit of down time to finally put up a few pics of the recent re-clad which we completed mid December.
Our clients also required an extension upstairs to accomodate a walk in wardrobe for their master bedroom.
This job was a full re-clad consisting of linea weatherboard, Abodo vertical timber weatherboard and Craftstone - Grey Mica induvidual stone.
A big thank you to our subbies who helped out on this one and in particular Ronnie from BMac Building Ltd.
Thank you also to our clients Pete and Sandy, we are proud to have acheived the result we were all after.

The shirts are washed and being put away for a well deserved holiday - another successful year at Create Building Ltd - not one day off for Rob again .... so lots of fishing planned for the next few weeks.

Our clients are living in thier home while this reno takes place. Their home required more room around the kitchen island, so the way around this was to remove a hallway. Not only have they got more space in their kitchen but also more space in a bedroom as well as their laundry/extra bathroom area. Older homes can often spring hidden surprises behind the walls that require remedial structural work. This is why clients should always choose a Licensed Building Practioner to help solve these problems. This job is currently in progress. More photos to come upon completion.

This is stage one of a renovation. The clients priority was to gut all the existing cold, damp bedrooms and widen the hallway. The bathroom with pink carpet also had to go along with the bay window in one of the bedrooms. Care was taken so worksite dust and debris did not affect or travel through the rest of the home while construction was underway. Stage one nearly complete and the clients have a warm healthy home for winter!

This build involved creating more space for the home owner. This home is two years old. Care was taken to tie into the existing building seamlessly, with an internal gutter. Three skylights were installed to the roof to give ample light into the room. The skylights compliment the Schist fireplace.

Honesty Post.
One of the hardest things we have managed as a small business is keeping up with posting on Facebook! Rob is an amazing builder .... but taking pics of his fantastic work takes a lot of nagging from his advertising administrator (wife 😜).
After a wonderful summer holiday locally, Rob has been busy with an extension to a 2 year old home, full bathroom renovations, stage one of a major renovation, and internal renovations of a 1950's home. I am also excited to share our deck is also completed! Stay tuned for pics!

What a year it has been for Create Building Ltd. We started this venture to ensure a healthy work life balance and for Rob to enjoy choosing the projects he wished to create. Ironically Rob has only had one day off this year, and we cannot thank our clients enough for trusting him to create their dreams.

For the end of the year I have been prepping for a small extension to begin after my break. This client bought his new build 2 years ago, but now needs some more space for his family to enjoy. Always great to team up with other solo builders to ensure a quality concrete foundation to build on.

Check out these beauty decks! The client was hopeful for one deck to be completed before Christmas … but Christmas came early with all the decks completed and ready to enjoy - even the outdoor bath! Three decks and a boardwalk to the main entry.
With privacy screens and paths still to come, these decks will look amazing all linked together.
