✨ KITCHEN INSPIRATION | A Seamless Finish ✨
We're loving this kitchen trend!

Some of our recent clients have opted to carry their benchtop material up onto the wall as a matching splashback, creating a seamless, modern look that makes a real statement.

It's a simple design choice that adds a touch of luxury and takes a beautiful kitchen to the next level!

Would you choose a matching benchtop and splashback for your new home?

"We've been so happy in our beautiful home so wanted to share these ones with you :)"

We love hearing from our previous clients on how they're settling in.

Our lovely client Ellen shared these photos she had shot for her own business recently at home.

This home is certainly something special and we just love her style with the interiors and furnishings.

Auckland South Sales Consultants Richard and Laurene are on site at Paul and Hilda's build as the AeroBarrier process gets underway.

Using a fine mist, AeroBarrier finds and seals small gaps throughout the home's building envelope, helping to improve airtightness and reduce heat loss.

As part of Platinum+, it's another step in creating a drier, quieter and more comfortable home that requires less energy to heat.
We're looking forward to seeing Paul and Hilda's Platinum+ home come together.

If you're thinking of building in Auckland, ask our Auckland South or Rodney teams about Platinum+ on your next build.

Hilda is building her new home with our Auckland South team and recently experienced the AeroBarrier process firsthand - which is key part of our Auckland team's Platinum + initiative.

AeroBarrier uses a fine mist to seal small gaps and weak points in the building envelope, helping the home hold its temperature more consistently and reducing unwanted draughts. Combined with balanced DVS ventilation, it's designed to create a warmer, drier and more comfortable home.

For Hilda, it was something she was happy to include after learning more about the process and the difference it could make to how her new home feels to live in.

That's what Platinum+ is about, thinking about comfort from the beginning and building it into the home rather than adding it later.

If you're thinking of building in Auckland ask our Auckland South or Rodney teams about Platinum+ on your next build.

WE HAVE A WINNER!
Congrats to Jack & Jency, our MAJOR PRIZE winners in the VIP Homeowner Prize Draw!

As our very first clients through the Show Home doors, it was extra special seeing them take home the prize — and Jack’s reaction was PRICELESS! They “still can’t quite believe” they won, and it’s the first time they’ve ever won something. How awesome is that!

Congrats also to all of our winners, and a big thank you to our amazing suppliers for making it possible.

Another exciting promotion is coming soon!

It's always a milestone moment for both our clients and our team, as months of planning, design, and preparation begin to take shape on site. We're looking forward to bringing this home to life and sharing the journey along the way.
