That's another modular project in the books!

What started as a Stockbuild for the Ministry of Education has now found its home at Salisbury School here in Nelson.

A great addition to the school, delivered quickly and efficiently through the hard work of our factory and onsite teams.

Another project successfully completed — two multi-unit buildings delivered for Kāinga Ora.

We finish the week with an update on the Nile Street Project with the finishing touches being applied to the exterior.

In short:
Project Scale: 16 two-storey homes.
Layout: 6 x two-bedroom homes, 10 x three-bedroom homes.

Its been a pleasure to be a part of this project to deliver these new family homes.

A proud moment for the team — Tāwhaki Nui a Hema — Motueka High School Maths & Horticulture Classroom Block received an award this evening at the 2026 Regional Architecture Awards (Nelson/Marlborough).

Our Christchurch team has absolutely nailed the recently completed Specialised Structures Warehouse/Office building — the finished result looks fantastic.

Massive credit to everyone involved — great effort all around.

The ground floor of Lincoln is coming together nicely. Focus is now shifting to the second storey, with the first sections of framing in place.

As our first two-storey modular build, it’s required some creative thinking along the way—but the Factory Team have been smashing it, as always.
