Watch out Christchurch, our young wolf is incoming! 🐺
This weekend, our very own Caleb is stepping up to the plate at the Apprentice Of The Year competition.
Caleb has been putting in the absolute hard yards for us, bringing his A-game to our builds and keeping the rest of the pack on their toes. It takes serious grit and precision to work at this level, and we see the dedication he brings to the site every single day.
Now it’s time to show the judges how the Big Bad Wolf team gets the job done. We couldn’t be prouder to have him representing us on the big stage.

The professional shots of our recent commercial fit-out have landed, and the finish is looking flawless. We brought the signature Big Bad Wolf standard into the corporate space, transforming this Nelson Tasman office into a sharp, inspiring place to work. It’s amazing what a combination of floor-to-ceiling glass, natural light, and custom timber detailing can do.

Huge day on site in Motueka - The boys have been putting in the hard yards to get the pod floor down, and today we finally poured the slab for the brand new Huia Rugby club rooms. 🏉
This build has truly taken a village. There have been so many moving parts, but the pack got it done. A massive thank you to everyone who has pitched in, helped out, and donated to the rugby club to get us to this milestone.
Proud to be building this space for our local legends. Stay tuned for more updates as we go vertical!

There are job sites, and then there are Marlborough Sounds job sites.
We’ve just broken ground on this new build, and it’s safe to say the commute is worth it for these views. From misty mornings to those blue-sky days, we’re stoked to be bringing a new home to life in such an iconic part of the world.
Foundations are in, the team is fired up, and even our site supervisor (Indy) has given the paws-up. 🐾 The coffee definitely tastes a little bit better with a backdrop like this.

We spend our days perfecting high-end spaces for our clients, so it was about time our own head office caught up.

The “builder’s house is never finished” curse has finally been lifted. From the clean lines of the new Eucalyptus saligna exterior to the updated signage, the boys have put in the hard yards to get our HQ looking the part. 🐺

We’ve been huffing, puffing, and... completely modernising a dated Nelson Tasman head office into a sleek, modern hub. 🐺 From those crisp glass partitions to the custom timber batten detailing, it’s all about the finish.

The challenge? A staged build so the team could keep working. We kept the disruption low, though as any builder knows, “quiet power tools” are still a myth. We hope the new views make up for it! 🔨

It’s light, it’s bright, and it feels twice the size without adding a single square meter.
