To say we have been run off our feet would be an understatement. Rogers Build are coming out of a very busy first half of 2026. The projects we have completed this far have seen us doing new builds, commercial fitouts, renovations, numerous decking jobs and some serious retaining projects.

We are nearing the start of what we call “Decking season”. This is when you start imagining sitting on a new deck over the summer break. We are now looking at bookings for your dream deck work for the upcoming season. We have secured some very competitive decking pricing in all options. Signs are up at our Eban road project. Our region has some hidden gems and we cannot wait to show off this project.

When it comes to school holiday work we are put under strict timelines before the students return.

On Saturday our crew put the last finishing touches to this 138m2 Bi form deck. This deck involved heavy details and a big shift from all of your guys.

Rogers Build would like to thank our clients for the opportunity to carry out work on a school that played a large part of our crews up bringing.

Katania heights. We ended up here after our OE and decided to start our little building business on the windy hill in our home town Brightwater. What eventuated was the best thing that could have happened to our business, local support. This hill kick started our business into a well established company. What seemed like thousands of posts,holes and meters of decking got us to the point where we could see our work from almost every corner of this new subdivision. We were able to hire our first staff due to the work loads and branch out into the wider community to offer our services. This all comes down to our neighbours in trusting us to carry out work for them. Two houses later, many friends made, we have left the hill onto our next adventure. From myself and Lacey, we thank you Katania heights and its residents. Peg that washing well and we will see you all soon.

When it comes to our decking, part of our packages we include our final chemical clean and handover to each client. Kwila has a heavy natural oil that leaches when moisture is present for the first few months. We speed this leaching process up by cleaning our completed decks. Another beauty handed over to a great client.

Over the past couple of months we have been tasked to secure the section of this property. Firstly strengthening the existing block wall and then onto the retaining wall. Dead man anchors and carefully planned designs have resulted in a section that is going to hold up for years. We also had to throw in a beautiful kwila stairway 😉. Temporary balustrading to be installed before the permanent structure turns up next week 👌. Retaining season seems to have kicked off.

Handover to our clients on their brand new 3 bedroom,2 bathroom stunner. High end architectural builds to investment/rental properties, we have the skills and sub-trades to tackle it all. We wish our clients all the best in their new home and thank them for Trusting in Rogers Build.

Sneak peek into our redwood project. Commonly Cedar is the feature cladding on our architectural builds, but this one has yet to show its real beauty off with two unreal cladding systems still to be installed. The new bomb proof and early line system from has worked a treat on this project.
