Not a bad billboard to admire while waiting for the train! 😍

Rachel is out and about again, supporting our Havelock North clients at Sunshine Joinery with their kitchen selections.

Renovating comes with a lot of decisions, but you don’t have to muddle through them on your own. We’re with you from the initial concept stage, right through to the completed build.

I never get tired of seeing the transformations we create for our clients. ✨

Every client has their own style and their own way of living in their home, which is what makes every renovation so different.

But one thing never changes - the attention to detail, quality workmanship and high standard we bring to every project.

Every home is different. Every client is different. But our standard remains the same.

A busy morning on site today - not much room left in the cul-de-sac!

Mike meets every trade on site to make sure the brief is clear and everyone knows the plan for the day.

Great communication and detailed scheduling are a big part of what we do, keeping every renovation organised and running smoothly from start to finish.

Thinking about renovating and not sure where to start?

Our clients in Greenmeadows are loving having our portable shower on site while we renovate their main bathroom and ensuite at the same time. 🚿

Renovation fatigue can certainly set in after weeks of having tradies in your home, which is why we work hard to keep our projects moving as efficiently as possible.

Where practical, we recommend renovating both bathrooms at the same time rather than dragging the disruption out over two separate projects. By providing a portable shower on site, our clients can still enjoy the comfort of showering at home while we get both rooms completed.

It’s another little thing we do to make the renovation process as easy and stress-free as possible. 👏

If you find it hard to visualise what your renovation could look like when it’s finished, it can quickly become overwhelming - and sometimes that means putting the whole idea in the too-hard basket.

That’s where we can help.

We always start with concept plans so you can clearly see the end result before work begins. It also allows us to accurately scope and price your project with our trades, helping avoid surprises along the way.

Whether it’s a full renovation or a simple bathroom or kitchen update, we still provide concept plans as part of our process.

If you’d like to understand how we work to keep your renovation running smoothly, on time and on budget, give me a call. I’m happy to visit your home for a free, no-obligation chat about your ideas. ☎ 0800 005 944

Another bathroom and ensuite renovation is underway in Greenmeadows, with the boys from T Brown Build Ltd getting stuck in.

Site setup, along with the plumbing and electrical disconnect was completed yesterday, meaning the team can hit the ground running and make great progress from Day 1.

Good project management is all about having the right trades on site at the right time. No wasted days waiting for someone to turn up and do their part before the next trade can carry on.

With multiple trades involved in a bathroom renovation, careful planning and coordination behind the scenes keeps everything moving efficiently and helps get our clients back into their new bathrooms sooner.

If you are thinking of renovating, please feel free to give me a call for a free no obligation visit. 0800 005 944.

We had the pleasure of attending a designer presentation to preview the latest global tile trends and new ranges being launched through the Tile Depot - and wow, there are some beautiful tiles coming through!

We’re seeing lots of natural, earthy and organic tones, with gorgeous textures and designs that will work beautifully in bathrooms.

If you’re thinking about a bathroom renovation and would like some help with the design and selections, give us a call. We’d love to work with you - and we already have our eye on a few of these exciting new ranges!
