Splash! Trade Expo – Gold Coast 🇦🇺

Last week Chris, Carrie, Mark and Shaun headed across the ditch to the Splash! Trade Expo on the Gold Coast.

It was a great few days catching up with suppliers, checking out the latest products and technology, and getting some fresh ideas to bring back to Taylors Pools & Spas.

We’re always looking for ways to keep learning, stay ahead of the industry and bring the best products and solutions to our customers.

A little bit of business, a lot of pool talk… and maybe a little bit of fun along the way!

Keeping Our Team Ahead of the Game!

Last week, Shaun, Lucas, Boston and Mikayla headed to Auckland for a few days of training, learning and catching up with some of our suppliers.

A highlight was getting stuck into some hands-on training with Maytronics, learning more about the latest developments in Dolphin robotic pool cleaners and how we can best support our customers when it comes to choosing, using and servicing their cleaners.

They also took the opportunity to visit some of our suppliers, see what’s new in the industry and strengthen the relationships that help us keep delivering the level of service our customers expect.

We’re big believers in investing in our team and keeping our knowledge up to date, because the more our team knows, the better we can look after you and your pool.

A big thanks to Shaun, Lucas, Boston and Mikayla for representing Taylors Pools & Spas and making the most of the trip!

💦 FROM BUILD SITE TO BEAUTIFUL POOL 💦

Yesterday we shared the teaser — now it's time to see the full story.

This Aqualux pool is the centrepiece of this incredible new home, with the entire U-shaped house designed around it. The result is a stunning central pool that can be enjoyed from almost every part of the home.

The pool features the Lindeman liner, a beautiful crisp white finish that gives the water a bright, clean and luxurious look while complementing the modern architecture of the home.

From the early stages of construction through to the finished pool, we've captured the process in this 4-minute video.

🎬 Take a few minutes and watch this one come together.

There’s something pretty special about seeing an empty section transform into a finished home — and then watching the pool bring the whole outdoor space to life. 💙

Thinking about a pool for your new home? Get in touch with the team at Taylors Pools & Spas to talk through your options.

🥶 If your pool fence has icicles... it might be time to think about a heat pump! ❄️

While Hawke's Bay mornings can be freezing, that doesn't mean your swimming season has to be short.
A quality pool heat pump lets you:

💧 Start swimming earlier in spring
☀️ Keep the pool warm well into autumn
🌡️ Enjoy a comfortable water temperature all season
⚡ Heat your pool efficiently with low running costs

There's nothing better than stepping into beautifully warm water while the air still has a winter chill.

If you're planning ahead for summer, now is the perfect time to install a pool heat pump before the busy season begins.

Pop into Taylors Pools & Spas or get in touch with our team to find the right heat pump for your pool. Your future self will thank you when everyone else is waiting for the water to warm up!
