Splash! Trade Expo – Gold Coast 🇦🇺

Last week Chris, Carrie, Mark and Shaun headed across the ditch to the Splash! Trade Expo on the Gold Coast.

It was a great few days catching up with suppliers, checking out the latest products and technology, and getting some fresh ideas to bring back to Taylors Pools & Spas.

We’re always looking for ways to keep learning, stay ahead of the industry and bring the best products and solutions to our customers.

A little bit of business, a lot of pool talk… and maybe a little bit of fun along the way!

Keeping Our Team Ahead of the Game!

Last week, Shaun, Lucas, Boston and Mikayla headed to Auckland for a few days of training, learning and catching up with some of our suppliers.

A highlight was getting stuck into some hands-on training with Maytronics, learning more about the latest developments in Dolphin robotic pool cleaners and how we can best support our customers when it comes to choosing, using and servicing their cleaners.

They also took the opportunity to visit some of our suppliers, see what’s new in the industry and strengthen the relationships that help us keep delivering the level of service our customers expect.

We’re big believers in investing in our team and keeping our knowledge up to date, because the more our team knows, the better we can look after you and your pool.

A big thanks to Shaun, Lucas, Boston and Mikayla for representing Taylors Pools & Spas and making the most of the trip!
