Bethany taking to the Moji Ice Bath as part of her preparation for the World Ice Swimming Championships. Consistent exposure to cold water is a key part of training, especially as the weather warms up and natural water temperatures rise.

Good luck with the season ahead, Bethany! 💙

Longer days are back. ☀️

Spring has a way of bringing everyone outside again.

Afternoons stretch a little longer, the kids stay out a little later, and the backyard becomes the place to be.

Whether it's a family soak after a busy day or simply taking a moment to slow down together, a Moji becomes part of the routine.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful Moji Moment with us. 💙
