Meet Aaron — Our New Operations Manager!

Hawkes Bay Asphalt is excited to officially welcome Aaron Demanser to the team!

Aaron is a committed and confident manager with over 16 years of experience in the civil engineering and road construction sector. He has worked as a Surfacing Manager for a local Tier 1 company, bringing valuable leadership and operational expertise to the role. Alongside developing his operational skills, Aaron has gained a New Zealand Diploma in Civil Engineering.

His extensive industry knowledge, practical experience and leadership skills bring valuable additional expertise and capability to HBA.

As Hawkes Bay Asphalt continues to grow, Aaron’s appointment is an exciting step forward for the company. His knowledge, skills and hands-on approach will help us strengthen our operations, expand our capabilities and take on new opportunities while maintaining the high standards of workmanship and service our clients expect.
