CONTRACT/FIXED TERM OPERATORS & LABOURERS WANTED – HAWKE’S BAY!

Are you a contract operator? Or looking for work through till Christmas, Know your way around a machine or know how to get a job looking mint?

Persson Earthworks has plenty happening across Hawke’s Bay, and we’re looking for experienced contract or fixed term operators and skilled labourers to help us get stuck into the workload through to Christmas.

We’ve got good, modern gear, plenty of work on the go and a busy few months ahead. If you’re a contractor looking to keep yourself busy, we’d love to hear from you.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experienced Operators

We’ve got good, modern gear ready to go. If you’ve got solid experience operating excavators, loaders or other civil machinery, know your way around a job site and take pride in doing things properly, let’s talk.

Experience is a MUST. We need operators who know their machines, work efficiently and can deliver a quality finish.

Solid Labourers

Got a good work ethic and know your way around a job site? Even better if you’ve got experience in concrete, paving and finishing work.

These skills are highly sought after, so if you’re experienced, reliable and ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Reliable people who take pride in their work.
* A good attitude and a professional approach.
* Proven operating experience for machine operators.
* Concrete and paving experience for labourers is a big advantage.
* Reasonable fitness and the ability to work well with the crew.
* Ability to meet our pre-engagement drug-testing requirements.

THE DETAILS

This is contract/fixed term work through to the Christmas period, not a permanent employment offer. We’re looking to engage contractors or fixed term staff to help meet our current workload, with arrangements and availability discussed directly.

Back yard clean up, some a new backyard and driveway and pool dig out for an epic container pool And we have a new weapon or 2 to attack some more of our jobs we “can’t” photograph.

The cost of getting it wrong adds up fast.
