It's not every day we get to dive in some pristine conditions, good visibility, good weather and fresh water.

This job is a logistical nightmare but the team has pulled it off for our client.

Task to cut steel H piles, from a temporary staging bridge, used to build a new bridge.

Because of the nature of the river bed, large boulders, the piles had to be cut on some cool angles to get them flush.

Working alongside Latteys and Fulton Hogan to get the job done.

Because of the location, the team is having to travel an hour to the job each day.

First busy week in a while for Dive Hard.
Locating lost moorings.
Locating and removing items from the seabed.
Recovering Navigational buoy's.

If it is lost we will find it!

Good haul of bicycles, pram, trolley, numerous road cones, home made smoker, fire place, ladder, skippers chair, broken piles, container securing bars. Just to name a few!

The Dive Hard home base is coming along slowly, with heaps of improvements completed over the last 3 months.
Clearing and levelling of the grounds.
Storage room, new office, maintenance room, started on recreational room on the mezzanine floor, refurbished toilet block, new vehicle access, upgraded electrics, new concrete pad.
Next up is another office block with kitchenette and toilet, more upgrades to electrics and more levelling of the grounds.

They say you have to spend money to make money, it's more about building a solid base and a legacy!
