Sarich Design and Build is a locally owned experienced residential construction company specialising in unique custom built new builds and complex alterations. The company was founded by Bevan and his wife Kelly, with a passion for building and delivering the best quality results to create dream homes. Born and bred in New Zealand, Bevan and Kelly returned from a 6 year experience overseas, to the Bay of Plenty, recognising this to be a fantastic place to live and raise a family.
