Steady progress coming along at the BnB dual bathroom renovation. Painters have been and plumbers are partway through fitting off the bathroom fixtures. The custom windows we built look great too with a bit of paint on them. Pretty cool considering the ensuite (last four pictures) used to be a balcony.

Handy Tip:
If you scribe a line along steel you can use a horizontal light beam to make it easier to see. The same trick works with checking flatness across walls for example when your sanding after gib stopping, or to gauge how much work is going to be required straightening a wall.

The second photo is the finished flashing. Very happy with it for my first attempt at folding an entire flashing set. Happy customer too which is the true measure.
