This is my house! Well, nearly. Mine is 73m2 and this design is scaled down to 70m2 to comply with the new granny flat rules. This layout minimises wasted hallway space and the simple rectangular shape keeps construction straightfoward and cost effective. It is also such a cosy and inviting space, and every rooms feels spacious and light thanks to the good use of floor space and plenty of windows. We are currently pricing this design. The crew spent last Friday at the Doubtless Bay Sea Scouts hall doing our bi annual heights training. Its important everyone knows how to safely use the harnesses and what to do in the event of a rescue.

Ian Philpott - Gear Check NZ Ltd was our instructor for the day and boy do we like him! He tailored the training to suit the type of jobs we do and everyone could happily report the training was majorly practical. Ian has great stories and I think we will never forget his adventures across the world during his 50 years on rope. Thanks for a great day Ian 😊

Far North ITM very kindly shouted us lunch! We can once again report that the pizzas and chips from Jesse's on the Waterfront are on point 😍 and that aged garlic dip 👀👀 It's quite possible a couple of our staff went home with some of those dips!!! Thanks for a beautiful lunch Moa family 🤗😋

And that's a wrap!

We are proud and grateful to St John's for selecting The Small Job Van to replace the cladding on the south/eastern wall of the St John's hall in Coopers Beach.

Hammered by years of salty wind and rain the cladding system on this wall was no longer performing and required replacement.

Our team Manju Jackson, Jesse Moyle and Shaun Stevenson with their side kicks did a fantastic job diligently taking this wall apart and replacing every component.

We were supported by some fabulous sub contractors and suppliers. Onsite Access- without the wrap this job would have been impossible to carry out during July/August. Allfaze Electrical disconnected all the wiring ensuring our carpenters could work without the risk of getting electrocuted. Kaitaia Glass delivered the new joinery which sure helped modernise the facade of the building. Fineline Decorating once again did an outstanding job painting the interior and exterior. Far North ITM delivered all the materials for this project.
