This is how your flat roof should look!👀

When we started the demo on our Karori project we found the membrane on the flat roof was waterlogged, stuck to chipboard which had turned to wheatbix and framing which was all over the show. 🪵

We had no choice but to strip it back, reframe, re-ply it and have Joel from Boston waterproof solutions install the Viking Roofspec tpo, which is now watertight and looks great. 💧 🏠

Driveway concrete placed today at our Lower Hutt build by mcrae_concrete_contractors.
Final stages are coming together, with handover about a month away.
