One of our biggest repairs to date, a Wilkins 350 DCV feeding a fire sprinkler system. We have tested a few but never repaired one of these big dogs! Few nervous moments trying to get the retainer clips out, as you can see they get pretty rusty internally, But once they were moving both checks came out and we drained down completely allowing the second check to be replaced, the valve put back together and a successful test carried out. Good opportunity for to get some hands on testing practice while we waited for the sprinkler company to put the system back in service.

Small drainage job coming up. Multiple cracks and misalignments in such a small run, so it’s a dig up and rip out the ew and replace with pvc

Replacement of an existing cylinder. Not leaking but the client wanted it upgraded to a more modern version, so had raised the bat 🏏 at 52 not out. A example also of early craftsmanship and engineering with an attached header tank feeding an outer body of water indirectly heating an internal mains pressure coil, cutting edge at the time but not very efficient any more. Sometimes hard to keep new pipework tidy when adapting to existing work but a nice job here by
