New year, new rules!
Fiordland Homes' 1-3 bedroom solutions comply with the 'Granny Flat' rule kicking in Jan 15th. To date they have been consented which is also a great option to consider

We designed this home 15 years ago and have enjoyed the opportunity to develop the extended outdoor area after our clients were able to purchase part of the neighbouring lot.
Middleton Construction have kept the project on track so that it is ready to be enjoyed over summer.
