Something special is taking shape at Stonewood Homes West Coast…

We’ve been collecting, saving left over materials and gathering a few things behind the scenes, and this year we’re turning them into something a little magical.

We’re looking for a local community group, charity, club, school or organisation to help us bring it to life.

We’ll provide the materials, the building expertise and help with the marketing.

Your job? Sell the tickets.

And how much you raise is completely in your hands.

But there’s just one little clue…

It might involve an apple.
It will definitely involve a little house.

Well i've never been this excited to post photos of a roof before!

Turns out, when you've got blue skies, a hardworking crew and quality craftsmanship, even a roof becomes the star of the show!

It's time for one of our favourite parts of the building journey, our 12-month maintenance pop in.

This week we were back in Greymouth to check in on one of the homes we completed last year. As part of our commitment to quality, we return after 12 months to ensure everything is performing as it should and to take care of any minor maintenance items. On this visit, it was just a couple of small paint touch-ups and remedying an issue with a tap, that's how we like it!

It's always rewarding to see how a house has become a home, with each family adding their own personality and making the space truly theirs.

Seeing happy homeowners enjoying their new home is what it's all about. Thank you for welcoming us back, we're delighted everything is looking great!
