Completed in 2024, this 299.4m² family home at Te Rito Place, Hawera is one of the more technically involved builds we've worked on. Curved exterior and interior walls, a curved tiled wall to a freestanding bath in the main bathroom, and a high-spec finish throughout — all on a half-acre lifestyle section.

Chilled goods room complete at Yarrows.

Our team has just completed a new internal chilled room at the Yarrows facility, using Bondor XFLAM insulated panels to the walls.

Bondor XFLAM panels deliver excellent thermal resistance, keeping the space at a consistent temperature and minimising energy use — exactly what's needed in a commercial cool store environment.

Big milestone at Turuturu Mokai Historic Site for Ngati Tupaia Incorporated recently.

Beck Helicopters flew in two bridge sections fabricated in Normanby by Monkeytoe — a pretty memorable moment. The finished bridge will lead visitors of Turuturu Mokai to the centre of the pa site.

Every company involved is from South Taranaki, something we're pretty proud of.

Latest shots from the Oakura renovation — good progress on site. The roof is now going on courtesy of Freestyle Roofing. We're also installing IBS RigidRAP®-XT as part of the build envelope.

IBS Building Products RigidRAP®-XT is a triple-layer rigid air barrier system that does a few jobs at once: structural wall bracing, thermal break, and weather protection during construction — replacing traditional building wrap with a more durable, high-performance option.
