Hey guys i know that some will be wondering whats going on with Koha Tuesdays. To be honest Ive been so busy in summer mode with things that I have simply had no time to be in my clinic for a full day-not for weeks now. Sooo hmmm, what to do?
Simple. If you would like to arrange a koha visit with me. Just get in touch. The thing for me is timing, whilst it may be everything... is also totally irrelevant to me. Lol.
I am mostly around. I can organise a time with you to suit.

I brought it to a bbq the ither night. The general response was it felt great, it worked, had a non toxic aroma and sensation & Smelt good.

Not all Passion Flowers are created equal.

​We often talk about the incredible anxiety-relieving and sleep-inducing properties of Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata). But many of us have a very similar-looking vine growing on our fences that is NOT medicinal and can actually be toxic if you use the leaves.

​Medicinal (P. incarnata): Usually has 3 Lobes and the leaves are serrated
​Ornamental (P. caerulea): Usually has 5 Lobes. Leaves are not serrated
(Note: Nature sometimes breaks rules, so always use the "Teeth" rule above to be sure!)

​Medicinal: Petals are usually lavender/purple or pale pink. It is often called the "Maypop."
​Ornamental: Petals are usually white with very distinct blue/purple filaments.

The ornamental Blue Passion Flower (P. caerulea) contains cyanogenic glycosides in its leaves and flowers. While the ripe fruit is edible (though often bland), brewing the leaves into a tea—which is exactly what you do with the medicinal variety—can release cyanide. It causes nausea, vomiting, and dizziness.

​If the leaf edges are smooth, leave it on the fence. If they have teeth, it’s likely the medicine you’re looking for.

Koha Tuesday tomorrow.
Needing some help. Wanting a hand in allowing your body to remember its 'own Self Heal' journey. Struggling to afford to take advantage of getting treatments. Im offering my services on Tuesdays for respectful donation$ and barter.( Please ask me first what you are considering bartering as I dont accumulate unnecessary items. I am mostly interested in hunted or home grown meat fish/ produce, etc. Check first as I have a good garden and chooks. Ta.)
