Aaron Dodd Homes has officially breathed incredible new life into this stunning Havelock home.

What started as a classic 150 sq m Kiwi home has been completely transformed by Aaron and his highly skilled team. Through a masterfully executed renovation and extension, the team took the property's original potential and turned it into a seamless, contemporary masterpiece designed for modern family living.

From top-tier craftsmanship to effortless ex*****on, this project perfectly showcases what happens when local Kiwi building expertise meets a dedication to excellence.

The A|D team had a great relationship with the clients, and loved this project.

A bit of everyday (still stylish) luxury bathrooms for a sunny Hawke’s Bay family home.

These bathrooms are all about getting the details right and it’s beautiful tiles, warm, consistent colours, subtle lighting, a seriously good bath and a waterfall shower to top it all off.

Calm, comfortable spaces that fit seamlessly with the rest of the home and make coming home after a day out in the Bay just that little bit better.

If you’re thinking of building or renovating, call Aaron.

This home is all about space, light and the little details that make everyday living work.

Two separate living areas give everyone room to spread out, while the wide, light-filled hallway creates a beautiful connection through the home. There’s even a handy little nook for sitting down to get the shoes on and somewhere to hang the jackets.

Four generous bedrooms, beautiful timber detailing, statement ceilings and considered finishes throughout.

A beautifully considered home, inside and out.

If you’re thinking of building or renovating, call Aaron.

👊 Charlie Nash 👊

Raised in the bay, Charlie’s been part of the Aaron Dodd Homes crew for nearly three years now.

Young, keen and always up for a good yarn with the AD boys, Charlie is also a pretty handy fisherman… although we’re still waiting to find out where his secret fishing spot is…

He knows what’s expected when it comes to the Aaron Dodd Homes standard and gets stuck in to keeping that level of building where it should be.

Good man, good worker, questionable fishing secrecy. Love having you on the AD Team 👏 🙌

This alfresco living space was designed to make the most of its beautiful rural surroundings.

For this brand new Aaron Dodd Home just out of Havelock, Aaron designed the entire alfresco living and dining space to feel connected to the outdoors, while still being cosy and separate when the big custom doors are closed.

The black-framed doors flood the space with light and views, while the skylights, high ceilings, louvres and carefully positioned windows keep it bright, airy and connected to the beautiful surroundings.

A space designed not just to look good, but to actually be lived in.

If you love the look of this beautiful home, and are thinking of building yourself, give Aaron a call.

Big thanks to our clients and suppliers for the support this year. We’ve wrapped up some awesome projects and had the pleasure of working alongside some seriously top-class people to make them happen.

We’re already looking ahead to what’s next, with some exciting new projects lined up - bring on 2026!

The team is taking a well-earned break and will be back on deck from 14 January. We’ll still be keeping an eye on emails, so if you’re thinking about kicking off a new project in the new year, feel free to get in touch.

Wishing everyone a safe, relaxing break.
