⁣Things are speeding along at our Te Weka site. Soffits are up and painting has started. Coldrite are finishing the ducting and the insulation is in. But there's never a day without considered thoughts on how to perfect the details. It's the details that make a home effortlessly useable as well as aesthetically pleasing. ⁣

Progress at one of our current client builds. ⁣
⁣This build is quite unique due to using (SIP) Structural Insulated Panels, rather than the traditional way of framing. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Each panel was craned into place and meticulously stitched together. Our client has chosen to go with a few alternative materials in this build, which we will show as the build progresses. ⁣
