💛🖤 HI-VIZ is getting uncomfortable for mental health!

We’re taking on Spark That Chat’s Uncomfortable Challenge and raising funds for a cause that’s personal to our team.

We all have our own experiences with mental health. We want our people, their families and our community to feel supported, speak openly and know they don’t have to face tough times alone.

We’ve set some big fundraising milestones—including a cold plunge for our Director and company tattoos for management! 😅 Reach $10,000, and management and staff will walk to the top of Te Mata Peak together.

👋 Meet Michael Kehoe – our Health and Safety Compliance Manager!

Michael joined HI-VIZ in September, bringing hands-on traffic management experience built since 2018. His career has taken him from leading crews to coordinating major infrastructure and recovery works with TREC across Hawke’s Bay and Tairāwhiti.

Drawing on experience gained across 137 projects throughout Hawke’s Bay and Tairāwhiti, including the Devil’s Elbow recovery and Hawke’s Bay Expressway enabling works, Michael brings a comprehensive understanding of the operational challenges faced by our teams.

At HI-VIZ, he’s focused on supporting our crews, strengthening safe working practices and maintaining consistent standards across our sites. His practical approach, clear communication and experience mentoring teams make him a valuable addition.
