Check out the project we completed in the early days at Delegat Winery.

Delegat was one of the very first installs Active had completed when we first started in Hawke's Bay 10 years ago.

We installed a full refrigeration system at this 1.1Mw refrigeration plant chilling down an Ethanol brine as the cooling medium.

We now visit here for monthly maintenance and on going support to ensure everything is running smoothly.

What a result for Courtney! 👏

Still in her first year as a refrigeration and air conditioning apprentice, Courtney recently took on the Wallie Askew Memorial Workskills Competition in Palmerston North, competing against 10 other apprentices.

After putting her skills to the test across everything from pipe bending and brazing to electrical work and refrigerant weighing, Courtney came away with an impressive 5th place.

A huge achievement for a first-year apprentice and a result that reflects the hard work, determination and willingness to step outside her comfort zone.

We’re pretty proud of this one. Well done, Courtney! 🙌

Triple Peaks 2026! Done and dusted, a few of our team came together last week to challenge themselves mentally and most definitely physically. It was all worth it for a round of golf the following day at the cape. Awesome effort by all staff who tackled the event!
