We were out in Mahia recently doing some survey work when things got a little confusing.

Set the gear up. Got started. Headed off to locate another survey mark.

Came back… and the legs were gone.

Not exactly what you want to see in the middle of a job site.

We spotted an ambulance nearby and asked if they’d seen anything. Turns out they had moved them for an incoming helicopter landing.

A few minutes later, this dropped in right next to us 🚁

Definitely not your average day on site.

We hope whatever the situation was, is sorted in the best possible outcome! Happy to get out of the way for these guys.
