This was a fun project completed alongside CJW Build Ltd, set high on the stunning Maungakawa Hill with views that are hard to beat.

It's a great example that there are plenty of stylish alternatives to traditional GIB and painted walls. Using different materials and finishes can add character, warmth, and a truly unique look to a home.

A huge thank you to CJW Build Ltd for the opportunity to be part of another fantastic build. We love bringing quality finishes to projects like this.

We're incredibly proud to have been part of not one, but two outstanding homes entered into the 2026 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards.

Both of these exceptional homes were brought to life by the talented team at Pringle Building, and we're grateful to have been trusted to complete the painting and decorating throughout. It's always a pleasure working alongside builders who take so much pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
