🏆 Celebrating Ross Bennett and Brenden Solomon 🏆

A big congratulations to two valued members of the ISS whānau as we celebrate their long-standing contribution to the team!

🔧 Ross Bennett – Engineering Supervisor

Ross’ journey with ISS began over 10 years ago as an Apprentice, and through hard work, commitment and a passion for engineering, he has continued to grow throughout his career to his current role as Engineering Supervisor. His journey is a great reflection of the opportunities for growth within ISS, and we’re proud to have watched his career develop over the years, we look forward to Ross’s further growth within ISS.

👷 Brenden Solomon – General Manager – Operations

Brenden began his ISS journey in 2016 as a Site Operations Manager @ RNZ. It wasn’t long before he was tagged for bigger things…. his diligence, leadership, dedication, and experience, made him a great fit (and was easily convinced that moving to the Waikato was a great idea) to take up the role of General Manager – Operations in 2020, where he continues to play an important role in leading our operations and supporting our teams. Brenden’s thoughtfulness and genuine care for our staff makes him a very valuable member of our ISS whānau.

What more can we say - this stuff is epic!! Its been a real pleasure to walk alongside Eden as she achieved her goals, not only does Eden hold her own in the workshop and onsite but she champions what women in trades is all about. Also toa big thanks to ATNZ for their support of Eden throughout her apprenticeship. Well done Eden, we could not be prouder of you. Congratulations :)

Congratulations, Eden!

Engineering wasn't the path many expected Eden Peters to take.

After leaving Hamilton Girl's High School as Deputy Head Girl, Eden chose to forge her own path, and today she's celebrating the completion of her engineering apprenticeship.

Throughout her apprenticeship, Eden balanced work, study and even travelled to the UK and USA to pursue her passion for the performing arts. Through it all, she stayed committed to her training, consistently producing outstanding work and setting a high standard for herself.

Her host company, Industrial Site Services, has been incredibly impressed with her throughout her apprenticeship and says finding another apprentice like Eden will be a tough benchmark to match.

Eden's story is a reminder that there is no single path to success. With determination, hard work and the right support, incredible things are possible.

Congratulations on your achievement, Eden. We can't wait to see where your career takes you next!
