Spring has sprung. Winter 2026 is officially behind us. ☀️

Looking back, it was one of New Zealand's warmest winters overall - but that didn't stop temperatures from plunging during the coldest spells. Lake Tekapo reached -13.5°C in July and temperatures dropped to -5.1°C in Taupō, reminding us that even a mild winter can still deliver some seriously cold nights. ❄️

And when the temperature drops, your home either holds its warmth or it doesn't.

From warehouse to Passive House. 🏗️

A big milestone for the Martin Square project in Wellington.

Our window systems have arrived on site as this former warehouse continues its transformation into a high-performance home.

This project brings together our ECO WOODALU PR and ECO ALU ST window systems, alongside quadruple-glazed, motorised FAKRO skylights with external shading, and motorised WAREMA roller shutters - all carefully selected to help deliver the comfort and performance expected of a Passive House.

It's exciting to see this remarkable project coming together alongside Energy Architecture and Wilson Building.

We'll be sharing more updates as the transformation continues. 👀
