It was awesome to see the official opening of Power Farming yesterday. The guided tours by the Power Farming team where great and really interesting to see the building in use.

It was a great project to be involved with alongside Waikato Construction Management Ltd who did an amazing job!

Stoked to have received (as a project partner, under the entrant Waikato Construction Management Limited) a NZ Commercial Property Awards - Silver Award for the Te Awamutu Presbyterian Community Centre. It's great to see this local small-town project get recognized amongst some of the best buildings in the Country.
Well done to WCML and the Te Awamutu Community Centre in creating such a successful build!

Queenwood Charm.
A recently completed house alteration we designed for a 1970's family home in Queenwood, Hamilton.

Woven Architects focus for the project was to create a more useable bathroom area and to relocate the Kitchen.

The existing single bathroom area was carefully designed in conjunction with JCC Build and the Client to form an Ensuite, a Bathroom and a separate WC, all in the area of the existing Bathroom! This creates a bathroom hub that much better serves the needs of the family, as well as fully modernizing the space.

The Living and Kitchen Areas have been swapped in location, so that now the Living is next to the large existing upper-level deck, allowing for better flow between the spaces.
