We’re pleased to have recently received Resource and Subdivision Consent for this residential development, comprising 19 terrace houses, 3 townhouses and a relocated dwelling.
We were involved in the project from the design stage, providing the architectural design, and more recently have added a Town Planner to our team to assist with the planning and resource consent side of our projects. The project presented a number of challenges along the way, including addressing the gully system and associated constraints, a bat management plan, and a range of other planning and design considerations.
It’s been great to see this one progress from the initial design through the various challenges to an approved development, and we look forward to seeing it take shape.
