FOREMAN WANTED – BURNS CONCRETE LAYING (TAURANGA)
Burns Concrete Laying is on the hunt for an experienced Concrete Foreman to step into a key leadership role within our growing team.
This is a senior, hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality work, leads by example, and can run jobs confidently from start to finish.

What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or senior concreter
• Exceptional boxing and formwork skills (this is critical)
• Fully self-sufficient on site – able to plan, set out, and execute jobs
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to train and mentor staff to a high standard
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in your work
• Reliable, organised, and able to communicate clearly with clients and crew
