The Slope Point Transportable is coming along nicely! 👏🏠

The roof is now on, and the windows are up next, with installation planned over the coming week.

We’ll also be meeting with our clients for a walkthrough so our plumber and electrician can get the in-wall work completed before insulation and wall linings go in.

Another big step closer to turning this one into a home! We’ll keep you posted as things progress. 👀

Introducing the Wairio Transportable! 🏡👏

We’re excited to share another home taking shape in the yard! This wee gem is heading to a farm near Nightcaps.

The Wairio is based on our Kawaka plan with ply linings and a couple of tweaks to make it just right for its new owners — including a larger living area for a bit of extra room to relax. 😊

The floor is complete and the frames arrived this morning, so it will pop up in our yard over the next few days!

A great night out with the team! 🏉

On Friday night, we jumped on the bus in Gore and headed along to the Stags vs Northland game.

While we didn’t quite get the result we were hoping for on the field, it didn’t stop us from having a great night! We enjoyed the hosted tent for the evening, plenty of laughs and some good old-fashioned team bonding.

It’s always nice to get everyone together outside of work, and we reckon there was plenty of team building (and maybe a few stories to take back to work on Monday!) 😄

The Lowther Transportable is really starting to take shape! 👏

The frames arrived on Wednesday and the team have been straight into it — and just look at the progress already!

With the walls going up, you can now really start to see the layout of the home coming together. What was just a floor on the ground a few days ago is quickly becoming a home! 🏠

Next up, the roof trusses — we’ll keep you posted as this one continues to take shape.
