🔧 Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, source, and supply automotive parts to customers and technicians

· Provide accurate parts recommendations based on customer needs

· Maintain inventory control and ensure stock levels are adequate

· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

· Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently

· Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely parts delivery

· Keep parts area clean and organized
