This quarter, we’re proud to support two Te Araroa families affected by the January 21 weather event on the East Coast.

At Inline Group, we believe showing up for our communities matters — especially when circumstances are out of their control. Both families’ properties were severely flooded and they are now facing significant clean-up, repairs and rebuilding.

Our donations will help support immediate recovery needs, as well as longer-term efforts as the families work to regain stability and move forward.
Community resilience is built through collective support, and we’re grateful to be able to play a small part. 🧡

This quarter, we’re proud to support CONNECT Youth and Community Trust in Waipukurau, Central Hawke's Bay.

We recently brought the whole team together for our annual Stop Work Day — a day dedicated to health, safety, and wellbeing. It’s become a key part of our calendar, giving us the chance to pause operations, recap what’s working, and refocus before the busy season kicks off.

The day was packed with valuable sessions and activities — a heart health workshop from the team at Workable, an update from our independent Health & Safety Manager to keep us sharp, insight into the growth direction of the business, and a round of Taskmaster-style team challenges to test our problem-solving skills. We wrapped up with some well-earned awards, lunch, and an early finish to celebrate the day’s efforts.

With a strong focus on safety and teamwork, we’re heading into the run-up to Christmas with great momentum. Bring on the busy season! 💪

They will use our donation to continue supporting vulnerable families across the region with vital resources, advocacy, and care.

Last week we held a hands-on internal training day for some of our team keen to grow their skills in vegetation control 🌱💪

From the what, why, how, when and where of mowing and spraying across the region — to practical machine operation in the yard — it was a productive day packed with learning.

What you’ll do:
✔ Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, welding repairs, and servicing.
✔ Diagnose and fix plant failures.
✔ Work with a variety of medium to large vehicles, plant, and equipment.

What we’re looking for:
🔧 3+ years’ experience in medium/heavy vehicle mechanics.
🔧 Relevant trade qualifications.
🔧 A great team player with a Class 1 licence (Class 5 desirable).
