Experienced Civil Earthworks Operator

Earthwork Solutions is a growing civil construction company specialising in earthworks, drainage, and site development. We take pride in delivering high-quality results while keeping safety, teamwork, and reliability at the forefront of everything we do.
We are looking for an experienced Civil Earthworks Operator to join our team. This role will suit someone who is confident operating a range of machinery, takes pride in their work, and can work well both independently and as part of a crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery including excavators, bulldozers, graders & loaders
Carry out bulk earthworks, trenching, grading, and site prep
Work to plans, levels, and site specifications
Assist with daily maintenance and care of plant and equipment
Follow company health & safety procedures and contribute to a safe worksite
About You:
Proven experience in civil earthworks and operating machinery
Relevant licences and endorsements (WTR, Class 2+ preferred)
Strong understanding of site safety and environmental practices
Ability to read plans/levels and work unsupervised when required
A reliable, hard-working team player with a positive attitude
