Proud to say I have taken on the role of Central Otago President for New Zealand Certified Builders.
After being a member since starting out in business I have seen the benefits of being part of this association and the supportive community that is NZCB. Getting shoulder tapped for the role and then many of you locally backing me to do it makes me look forward to representing you all and working alongside you to boost our local NZCB community of builders and suppliers.
Kicked things off a couple weeks back with two member meetings in Wanaka and Queenstown sponsored by Brokerweb discussing construction insurance changes and attended by council representatives talking about consenting snag points. Followed by a site visit from the CE Malcom and South Island territory manager Nick to a home we’ve been stick framing in Hawea.
