Prep work • it’s what puts pain in painter. There’s no easy way around it, we put the hard yards into all our prep work to ensure you get a paint job that not only lasts but has a quality finish! Here we sanded and stripped areas on all windows, eaves and weatherboards on this 140 year old settlers cottage, we then applied two coats of Dulux Timber Re Surfacer to fill in all those little defects on all areas plus we detail filled everything. Once we did our final 240 grit sand our prep finish came up looking like glass ready for our final top coats. These weatherboards look brand new to say the least.
