Our first 3-bedroom Beech, found its way home yesterday!

At 20m x 8m and weighing over 29 tonnes, this is our largest single-module finished delivery to date. As the convoy rolled out of Central Otago under a clear dark sky at 3.30am, it was welcomed to Arrowtown by a calm pink sunrise, with spring frost still on the ground and cherry blossoms in full bloom.

By late morning, the module was sitting perfectly on its piles, ready for service connection and decking.

A huge effort from everyone involved to make the move seamless. It was a reminder of just how much planning, design, engineering, and teamwork goes into every Arbol home.

It features three bedrooms, a tiled bathroom and ensuite, walk‑in wardrobe, dedicated laundry, ample storage, generous kitchen and living spaces, high‑quality finishes, and even an optional scullery for those who love to cook.

As always, it’s built with The Arbol Difference for comfort and peace of mind – including 50% more insulation than building code, reduced thermal bridging, a full uPVC window suite, full‑time fresh air ventilation with heat recovery, low‑VOC materials, and a 14‑week build time.
