Progress update from our Clevedon rural build.

The roof is now getting underway on this modified Dunstan plan, and this is a big stage in the build. Once the roof starts taking shape, the home really begins to show its form, scale and connection to the rural setting.

There is still plenty to come, but this is a great milestone on site and another step closer to getting this beautiful home closed in.

Things are really starting to come together at our build in Clevedon Meadows.

The kitchen cabinetry is going in, tiling is underway, and the finishing details are starting to bring the home to life. Outside, the site works and services are also progressing, so there is plenty happening both inside and out.

This is one of the most exciting stages of a build, when the design choices start becoming visible and the home begins to feel almost ready.

The interior painting stage is now underway, and this is when the home really starts to feel lighter, cleaner and closer to completion. Once the walls are painted, the next layers of finishing detail can start coming together.

It is always exciting seeing a home move from the construction stage into the finishing stages.
