Just a small note to say hello. My new startup provides professional services to many clients. Exterior Plasterers, Home and Business Owners, Building Surveyors, Architects, and construction companies.
Exterior Plastering Contractors:
I offer a range of measuring services, with 35 years of experience in the exterior render (plaster) and cladding industry (since 1995). I review plans as a plasterer, identifying areas requiring additional work that may affect materials and, more importantly, time (additional labour), and I collate this into a schedule of quantities.
Home & Business Owners:
Storm, Earthquake Damage and other Insurance-related issues. Free initial consultation. Written reports, compiled with technical and practical information, photographs and a summary.
Maintenance report with scope-of-work solutions.
Building Surveyor:
Have assisted many in the past; now that I am no longer affiliated with any brand, I can offer expert information, technical support, and witness testimony.
Architects and Construction Companies:
With exempt work. Especially due to increase with law changes for "under 70m2 dwellings", On-Site reviews, plan-detail check, using the NZBC, as the base for ratification and solutions resulting in compliance.
