Just finished in Cashmere Estate.

This build was created off our Motueka plan, an H-styled floor plan. The section's shape meant pulling the right-hand gable forward, giving these clients even more outdoor room to enjoy. Rockcote Cerano plaster against dark James Hardie Linea Oblique cladding out front, and round the back a private courtyard framed in ferns. A plan amended to fit the site, not the other way around.

These clients invested in the finer touches from day one. A custom fluted bathroom vanity made by Finesse Joinery Ltd to fit the space, in a medium timber grain with sleek tapware to match and a lit up mirror that's becoming essential when getting ready.

A freestanding bath framed by a window built for the relaxation, and a walk-in wardrobe with custom drawers, a make up desk, warm timber tones and lighting that makes getting ready feel like an occasion. Every drawer, every finish, every angle was considered.
