What a transformation! 👏

We’ve just wrapped up this full renovation, and the before and after photos really show how far this one came.

From the outside, we repaired and strengthened the cracking to the rear of the house, completed a full plaster and mesh system, and gave the entire exterior a fresh new colour scheme. We also repaired, acid washed and sealed the driveway and stained both decks.

Inside, it was a full refresh — new bathrooms and toilets, new tiles, kitchen, scullery and laundry benchtops and splashbacks, new lighting throughout, and we even converted the old office into an additional bedroom.

The flooring was completely replaced with new carpet and engineered timber, including new carpet in the garage, and the whole interior was repainted with a feature green lounge carried through.

A big job with plenty of moving parts, but we’re stoked with how it all came together.

This was a straightforward renovation that made a huge difference to the home. The work included a new bathroom, new kitchen and laundry joinery, along with plastering and paint remedials throughout.

It was a great project to be involved in, and we always enjoy looking back at the before and after photos. They show just how much even a simple renovation can transform a space.

A great renovation recently completed that completely changed the layout and functionality of this home.

We re-levelling the floors to bring everything back to level before carrying out a number of layout changes. The existing bathroom was converted into a bedroom, the old laundry became the new bathroom, and a new opening was created from the lounge and hallway to improve access and flow through the home.

This one also has;

• New kitchen
• New bathroom
• New flooring throughout
• Full interior repaint
• Exterior painting to the weatherboards and windows

The new layout has made a huge difference, creating a more practical use of space while giving the whole home a fresh new look. 🏡

Here's another renovation finished in the books…

The floors throughout the unit were well out of level, but with the unit being attached on both sides, the usual jack-and-pack method wasn't an option. We removed the existing skirting, installed furring strips over the joists, and laid new strand flooring throughout to get everything level again.

We also completed:

• New kitchen
• New bathroom
• New flooring
• Kitchen splashback and vanity tiling
• Full interior paint, including doors and windows
• Exterior paint to the blockwork, timber cladding, fascias and soffits

Really happy with how this one turned out!

The outside is getting a complete refresh with:
- Full exterior paint including timber cladding, soffits, fascia, foundations & steps
- Backyard tidy up

Giving back to our community 🌱

Our company, alongside our local Mitre 10 team, had the privilege of volunteering at Spreydon School. Together we helped tidy, plant, and improve the school garden for students and staff to enjoy.

It was also great to spend time with the students, teaching them some basic building skills and how to safely use tools while working on projects around the garden.

A huge thank you to everyone involved — it was a rewarding day supporting our local community and working together to make a difference.

We’ve just finished giving this place a full refresh, and it’s come up really well.

All the big jobs are done — new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring, and a full interior repaint so it feels clean and modern throughout. The kitchen’s been finished with tiled splashbacks, and everything just feels fresh and ready to go.

We’ve also taken care of the stuff that matters long-term — fixed drainage issues to meet MBIE guidelines, sorted roof leaks, repaired a few tired window sills, and painted the exterior of the windows.

Outside’s had some attention too, with landscaping and the entry patio sealed to tidy things up.

It’s the kind of place where you can just move in and not have to worry about a thing for a long time.
