A few final shots from Kirwee. The house has come a long way from those early progress photos. The exterior, landscaping and all the little details are finally in place.

Pretty happy with how this one turned out.

A few of the details that might not jump out straight away, but make a big difference to the finished job.

We went with Akarana timber to give the exterior a clean, sleek finish, then stained it Ebony to sit nicely against the rusty red brick.

We’ve also retrofitted the external guttering, which keeps everything tidy and helps avoid any future leaking or water damage.

The kitchen, living spaces and bedrooms are all looking pretty sharp now it’s finished. Plenty of solid choices throughout this one, and it’s nice to finally see the whole thing together.

When we first got here, the corner of the house was stepped in which made the indoor/outdoor flow a bit strange. The clients wanted to push that out and bring everything into one clean straight line, which has made a pretty big difference to the finished look.

The boys have done a great job on this one. The inside is still getting finished off, with the clients taking care of the painting and flooring themselves to help keep the budget where they wanted it.

And a little flashback to me on site a few months ago explaining the plan... although apparently the plan escaped me the second the camera came on 😂

Silvergrass, all finished. A few final looks at this one from above. Plenty of work went into this project, and it’s pretty bloody good to see it all come together.

One we can officially call finished.

Being a corner site made the floor plan a bit of a challenge, so we created two separate wings to give the house a bit more privacy and separation.

There are plenty of features and finishes we’re pretty stoked with too. From chevron flooring, walnut joinery and brass features, And instead of going with white throughout, we added a bit more personality to the rooms with some panelled walls and a bloody nice shade of green.

There’s plenty more to show, but I’ll leave that to the real estate agent to take you through.

For now, I’ll consider this project conquered 🫡

Silvergrass is getting pretty close now. This time around, Laura Bowden takes us through some of the interior design choices that are bringing the place together.

We’ve really enjoyed working with Laura on this one. It’s always good having everyone working towards the same end goal, and we’re looking forward to seeing all the little details come together as we head into the final stages.

Keeping the weather out starts long before the cladding goes on. One more job ticked off.
