Another Hot Water Cylinder upgrade, another happy customer.
So now we have a new mains pressure hot water, more storage inside as we have relocated the HWC outside. Now, no chance that the original low pressure 1974 copper cylinder (or brass valves with rubber diaphragms that can split) will start leaking inside.
Upgrading your HWC early is a smart move.

Delighted to receive two more Elide Fire balls. One for my garage-home, and another for my plumbing van.

A couple of weeks ago I was first to a local house fire and used my van elide ball which slowed the fire from spreading, it was good to be able to have that as an option.

This hot water cylinder upgrade and repositioning to back on to the kitchen wall has provided our happy Parklands customer with only a several second response to the most used hot water tap in the house.
Over time there will be a saving to your power bill as you have far less electricity usage (Please note that I insulated the hot water pipes after this photo with Terra Lana wool, locally sourced and locally supported).

You can also try to blast some water into the shower drain itself, and in most cases this should be enough. If none of the above work then I am happy to help and I’m only a phone call away.
