We completed this job last year alongside Fowler Homes North Canterbury, this project featured the stunning Subiaco Midland brick laid in a half bond pattern with grey mortar, creating a clean and contemporary finish.

The brickwork extends across all exterior elevations, with the gables incorporating a soldier course running from bottom to top, adding a distinctive architectural feature. The development also includes feature brick walls between the units, with a continuous soldier course wrapping around the veneer and extending to the top, creating a strong visual connection throughout the project.

Completed last year alongside Sinclair Builders, this home features the stunning Viblock 450 Slim brick laid in a random bond pattern with crisp white mortar, creating a clean and modern finish.

The brickwork also continues throughout the interior with brick slips installed to all internal walls, helping create a seamless connection between the exterior and interior spaces.

This job was completed last year alongside Sinclair Builders this project featured the stunning Viblock 450 Slim brick in a random bond pattern with crisp white mortar for a clean, modern finish.

The brickwork continues throughout the interior with brick slips laid to all internal walls, creating a seamless flow between the exterior and interior spaces.
