Perry Street house one is officially on the market! 🏡

What an incredible project this has been to be part of. We're extremely proud of our team and the craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality that has gone into bringing both homes to life.

Each home has its own unique features and personality. Now the big question... do you have a favourite? 👀 We certainly can't choose!

We're looking forward to seeing both homes find their new owners and become something pretty special for the people who move in.

Open homes are happening this week, so if you haven't had a chance to look through, now's your opportunity!

House Two at Perry Street is officially complete and now on the market.

It’s incredibly rewarding to see this home finished after months of careful planning, craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Designed by Site Architecture Limited and built by the Browntown Builders team, the home features bespoke joinery, full height bathroom tiling, skylights, underfloor heating, a generous 2.7m stud and a considered North-facing courtyard.

Every detail has been designed to create a home that feels modern, spacious and genuinely enjoyable to live in.

We’re proud to see the first Perry Street home reach completion and even more excited to now see it ready for its new owners.

Client focused, always.

For us, a great build is about more than the finished home. It’s about the experience along the way, clear communication, trust, attention to detail and making sure our clients feel looked after from start to finish.

Feedback like this is a pretty good reminder of why we do things the way we do.

Happy Friday - we hope everyone has had a great week!

Now this is a detail we’ve been waiting to see come to life.

The stunning curved wall leading into the master bedroom at house two on Perry Street is taking shape, and we love how much character it brings to the space.

Soft, seamless and a design detail that instantly elevates the home. A nod to the team’s incredible craftsmanship.

Still finishing touches to come, but this one is already looking pretty special.
