Now this is a detail we’ve been waiting to see come to life.

The stunning curved wall leading into the master bedroom at house two on Perry Street is taking shape, and we love how much character it brings to the space.

Soft, seamless and a design detail that instantly elevates the home. A nod to the team’s incredible craftsmanship.

Still finishing touches to come, but this one is already looking pretty special.

These latest external renders of Perry Street give a glimpse of what these two architecturally designed homes will look like once completed later this year.

Designed in collaboration with Site Architecture Limited and built by us, this project has been thoughtfully considered from the ground up, with a timeless exterior palette and strong architectural features that will make a real statement on the street.

The homes will be coming to market upon completion, so if you're interested in learning more or would like to register your interest early, feel free to get in touch.

After a decade with Browntown Builders, Alex has finished up to start a new chapter!

Over the past ten years, he has been a dependable, hardworking and highly respected member of the team. He has played a huge part in the success of the business, leading countless projects and setting a high standard through his dedication, workmanship and commitment. No matter the challenge, he was always someone we could rely on.

While we're incredibly sad to see him go, we're also extremely grateful for everything he's contributed over the last 10 years and are all excited to see what comes next for him.
