An iconic sight in Tai Tapu

The two-storey tiny house at 2 Forbes Road has been a familiar landmark for years and we’re excited to give this site a new chapter.

We’ve recently purchased the property and are looking forward to getting construction underway in October, creating a brand-new 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with a generous 3-car garage.

Designed with modern living in mind, this will be a beautiful addition to Tai Tapu.

65 & 67 Wakeman Drive, Rosemerryn complete. Both sold before completion. The team has put in a big effort over the last four months to get these complete for our clients.

The team are making great progress on our concrete outdoor kitchen project in Merivale. No doubt our clients will be excited to put this to use in the coming months with the days getting warmer.

Our Cashmere extension is progressing well, with all inspections passing the boys poured 8m3 of concrete pile footings on Friday. Toby tells me he has become very familiar with the wheel barrow of late. Keep up the good work mate.

We’re underway on this Cashmere extension for our clients!

With the piles getting dug and siteworks in full swing, tight access has meant getting a little creative. The electric wheelbarrow has definitely been a game changer, making moving material around site and onto the truck a whole lot easier.

Great to see this project taking shape.

Another quality install completed by the team at Gate Xperts

We formed and poured the concrete counterweight and completed the brick pillars with daylight sensor lights for this custom cantilever automated gate. Every detail was set out with precision to ensure the gate will operate smoothly, stay perfectly aligned, and deliver long-term reliability.

Transforming this property from a simple farm-style entrance into a grand entrance has really made a statement. It’s a feature that not only enhances security but creates a striking first impression.

Roof is on and windows are in at No. 65, and we’re gearing up to get the roof on No. 67 this week. Proud of the push from the team over the last few weeks and making the most of this unreal run of weather.
